For a purchase on our online store only, you have 14 calendar days, from the receipt of your order (if your order includes on a product purchased on our E-Shop only) provided for by the code of economic law art. VI.47 to VI.53 CDE of the right of withdrawal.

You will receive a full refund of your order within 14 calendar days (delivery costs and taxes included); provided the package has been returned to us (at your expense), received and inspected.*

Be sure to provide ALL the information requested and its accuracy, otherwise we will not be able to reimburse you on time.

* The product must not have been used or damaged or degraded in any way.
In case of breakage or degradation, the product will be refunded to you partially or not at all.
