For a purchase on our online store only, you have 14 calendar days, from the receipt of your order (if your order includes on a product purchased on our E-Shop only) provided for by the code of economic law art. VI.47 to VI.53 CDE of the right of withdrawal.

Within this period, inform the seller (Melody Nelson SRL), in writing, that you wish to cancel your purchase through this form.

You will receive a refund for your order within 14 calendar days (shipping costs are not refunded); provided that the package has been returned to us (at your expense), received and inspected by us.*

Items must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of your written return request. After this time, you will not be refunded.

Be sure to provide ALL the information requested and its accuracy, otherwise we will not be able to reimburse you on time.

* The product must not have been used or damaged or degraded in any way.
In case of breakage or degradation, the product will be refunded to you partially or not at all.
